The Agent asked for input. <br /> nNMRARY POSITION: An advertisement ent to be placed was reviewed. <br /> LM0N : Auer review, the last sentence to be struck on <br /> paragraph three and the last paragraph to be rephrased. <br /> VOTE: Motion rade and seconded to accept the letter with the suggested <br /> amendment s. UnaniMOUS vote. <br /> , DRGE : Mr. Sherman advised it would be proper to accept the vegetation <br /> if a revised plan is done to address plantings that are failing and need miti- <br /> gation in the area of the wall. <br /> .E.P. PRS POLICIES: 90-1: Agricultural. Use; 90--2: Impacts to Rare Species <br /> Habitat - Copies distributed. <br /> PE P&MME STANDARDS under the regulations were circulated. <br /> BR MACC brochure explaining the wetland Protection Act was reviewed. <br /> MS L anni k suggested an insert for this brochure and agreed to work with the Agent <br /> on this. <br /> WRAP: Environment Impacts - at Cranberry Experimental Station - to be held <br /> on September 28. <br /> ARTICLE: Concerning the restriction of time that a filing can be made for <br /> wharf, dock or boardwalk None from October through March was reviewed. <br /> Ms Behrman stated this may be enacted as an in-house regulation. <br /> . Coffey questioned whether it is enforceable but would speak for it at Town <br /> meeting if the Commission concurs. He stated he does#not feel strongly about <br /> it but does feel strongly about supporting other committees. <br /> MMJSHOP BLUFF: Andrea Morgan read a letter to the commission that she wrote re <br /> the abuse of the pathway. She requested an inspection of the bluff. <br /> The Chairman suggested the letter be copied to Michael Grotzke and an on-site <br /> be scheduled to detendne the condition of the bluff. It was noted an on-site <br /> is scheduled for September 9 at the Poppones et Cottages and this could be in- <br /> cluded. <br /> Bob and Carol. Martin, residents at Maushop, also expressed concern with the <br /> bluff erosion, Mr, Martin stated New Seabury will be coming before the Commission <br /> for a fence across the top of the bluff.
