The Agent will attend. <br /> CONSERVATION LAND NAG'S: Renee Fudala is putting together a brochure of Conservation <br /> Lands. <br /> SDP WORK STIP* To be held in abeyance pending resolution of the NCD fine issue. <br /> PORC T /WEST SATE: It was observed the float is -being secured with posts in it, <br /> it is not bottom anchored. <br /> DOCK SIGN: Sign was reviewed to be stapled to docks to inform the owners of <br /> requirements. <br /> COLONIAL GAS: A letter received stating no Orden of Conditions was received <br /> for SE +3-750. To be researched through the minutes. <br /> A DA M; Don Oermayn has advised there is considerable vandalism occurring at <br /> the bog. He- is concerned with losing a crap if a pump is damaged. <br /> The Agent will rake sure this is on the Selectmen's agenda. <br /> Ms Behrmanadvised this is a problen, at Johns bond Park also. <br /> Mr. Cerrayn complained the police have not been cooperative. <br /> BIUT E BAY: A letter was received from Asst. Town Counsel stating the proceedings <br /> should be postponed and remanded back to the Coassion for another public hearing <br /> after the superseding determination is issued. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised her the Comnussion will stand firm on the Kettle dole ponds. <br /> He suggested: <br /> 1. The commission accept the delineation done by D.E.P. <br /> 2. They would add the coastal bank delineation on the larger of the two islands. <br /> 3. The Con md s,sion accept the kettle dole as Isolated Land Subject to Flooding <br /> under the Act., however, under the bylaw, it is a freshwater wetland with <br /> 100 foot buffer. <br /> 40 New Seabury acknowledge that kettle hole i s a vernal pool entitled to extra <br /> protection as it has rare species. <br /> Mtion made and seconded to accept Asst. Town Counsel's advice and the <br /> stipulation that the superior coact case be remanded back to the Commission <br /> for further public hearing after D.E.P issues the superseding Determination <br /> of Applicability. Unanimous vote. <br />
