It was sera to Zoning Board <br /> f Appeals for lot coverage and there was opposition from two abutters. It was <br /> denied. This plan is a result of negotiations with those abutters, <br /> The addition was downsized. At the gear is a deck that wraps around the back which <br /> is proposed to be 'enclosed now to be part of the house. A new 12 foot deck will be <br /> n the back. Also proposed .isan addition at the front of the house, 1 feet, en- <br /> larging the master bedroom. A two oar garage is planned. The septic is to be re- <br /> constructed out of the driveway. <br /> Mr. Homeyer asked if the septic is in the buffer and was told the closest point of <br /> the septic is 163 feet from the salt marsh, 60 feet from the buffer zone. Replanting <br /> is proposed between abutting properties. <br /> Mr. Sherman agreed with the delineation of the wetland lime and stated the project <br /> does meet performance standards. He cited a possible problem with roof runoff. <br /> Mr. Costa advised this is upper fring of salt marsh, run off will not go into the <br /> salt marsh. They have recharged roof drains and the driveway is to be of crushed <br /> stone. <br /> Mr, Sherman question elevations and was told it is +-1/2 at the corners of the house <br /> up to 9 or 10. It is in the flood plain.
