Conservation Commission <br /> over er 1, 1990 <br /> rage . <br /> Mr. Sherman did not have any problem with closing off that existing opening in the <br /> fence but would feel more comfortable if an agreement could be reached with Mr. Wood. <br /> Mr. trot ke advised he asked Mr. Wood to contact the people involved to see if it <br /> could be discussed without attorneys being involved. <br /> Mr. Coffey agreed with Mr. Grotzke that some of_the concerns raised are notCon- <br /> servations concerns. He would like to see closing that access as part of a package <br /> for dune restoration and not closing it for legal reasons. <br /> Mr. Grotke stated it had not occurred to him that anyone would object to using <br /> path 30- 40 feet down the way. He has no problem with the path, it is shown on the <br /> plan for Lot 1379. He advised there has been two inches of accretion 6f sand=-_in <br /> some areas since the fence has been placed two weeks ago <br /> Mr. Coffey asked if he would concur with continuing the hearing and Mr. tarot ke <br /> agreed this would be acceptable. <br /> Mr. Coffey asked if they are proposing to do a single row of fencing for accretion? <br /> Mr. Grotzke stated for now, as well. as in season, to prevent tramping of the grass. <br /> If there is a gap, there is a funnelling effect with erosion. Brian Zeppenfeld presenting for <br /> New Seabury, Tide Watch and Maushop gusts. A notice of intent was filed in 1986 <br /> and the order of Conditions was allowed to lapse due to oversight. There are four <br /> areas to be nourished starting on the golf course 5,000 c.y. , Tide Watch 1,000 c.y. , <br /> aushop village 2,500 c.y. , Sandy Beach area 1,000 c.y. Access to the beach will <br /> be at the golf course. The other sites will be accessed by off-road vehicles. It <br /> is pled to be done after September or October. <br /> They will stockpile material on the beach, level it out just above high tide mark <br /> and as the tides come in with a storm surge, it laps away at the piles and is dist- <br /> ributed. The volume may be less clue to budgetary concerns, <br /> There was a problem with access at Rock Landing, they are now going in from Tide <br /> Watch. A small shovel dozer will be used. Sediment sampling will be dome to ensure <br /> compatibility. Monitoring of samples will be submitted to DEP.
