Conservation Commission <br /> November 1, 1990 <br /> wATERwAys : Frank Homeyer has offered to serve on the to be organized <br /> cow t tee. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to endorse Frank Homeyer for appointment to the <br /> Waterways Committee* <br /> QUASHNff WEST: Town Planner has advised their plans show land they are planning t <br /> do work on is owned by the Conservation Commission. <br /> The agent to write a letter to Fields Point Corp. <br /> H&CC publication list was distributed& <br /> RBCX)RDRU OF PSS: The agent does not feel it is necessary. Substitute language <br /> was drafted. <br /> Motion made and seconded to adopt the drafted language for regulation X1.1 <br /> concerning the recording of plans. <br /> MORKSOP fom6rrow at 1:00, Barnstable Town Hall, for Regional Policy Plan. <br /> FY 199 : Level funding required. <br /> The agent will meet with Kevin Harrington. The $3,000 of Conservation funds taken <br /> cannot happen again. - <br /> AMENDEDRDA: Mr. Sherman stated there should be a $25.00 fee, sane as an amended <br /> Notice of Intent. Town Counsel advised fees can be adopted as a policy. <br /> V Motion rade and seconded to adopt the policy that a $25.00 fee be charged <br /> for ars amended Request for Determination pplicabilit , � <br /> WILLM BEW: To be discussed at the next hearing date. <br /> A Notice of Intent was filed. Credentials of the candidates were discussed: Dona Banner, Sue Brown <br /> and .Joanne Sylvia.
