It <br /> is now being asked to substitute grass for bashes in three locations or more <br /> to allow free movement over -common land. <br /> Ms B hrman suggested a snow fence to prevent foot traffic th-rough the bushes, <br /> She had reservations with project on top of project without wrapping up the <br /> first one. <br /> Mr. Zeppenfeld stated they have improved the grade and restored the bluff <br /> successfully. Phase three will be started in the spring; phase two is <br /> awaiting a Certificate of Compliance. The sprinkler is there for phase two. <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated there is no evidence of the sprinkler in phase two -and <br /> was assured it is there. She stated the original intent of the barriers was <br /> to keep people off this area. <br />
