Letters were read into the record from the Building Inspector, Board of Health, cape & Islands, steco Engineering, Pat Coffey and two letters from the Shellfish Warden. Mrs. Simmons pointed out chapter 91 is the State agency,, not D.E.P. , who will answer in 48 hours. Emergency situations are for public health and safety and not because a resource is going to be damaged. Orders, in the past, have been rescinded when the Commission has stretched. The work could be stopped which would make the situation worse.
