T <br /> Conservation Comm:Lssion <br /> March 8, 1990 <br /> Page 2. <br /> Mrs. sons stated the Cosi on cannot deal with possibilities and could <br /> condition "no floats"', as well as condition only for dinghies. she asked if <br /> they would be willing to amend the Notice of Intent to include the path and <br /> this was agreed. <br /> A receipt was requested showing plans were sent to DEP. <br /> Mr. Lelito asked if flagging on the vegetation would be sufficient and the <br /> Commission was agreeable. The center line of path will be flagged. <br /> TO BE CLOSED AT NEXT HEARING AFTER RECEIPT OF PLANS SHOWING ACCESS PATH <br /> FROM THE TN -LOTS. <br /> 7:30 .JENNIFER BOLBROCK, for the hand removal of dead brush, filling of ancient <br /> borrow pit, and revegetation of area at Lot +9 Surf Drive. Mr. & Mrs. Bochanowski, <br /> parents of Mrs. Bol.brock presenting. Abutter receipts were presented. Where is <br /> an Order of Conditions on the house and they would like to combine the excavation <br /> for the house with the filling of the hole. The amount excavated for the found- <br /> ation, -90 yards, will be placed in the hole; they will not bring in additional <br /> fill. The area will be revegetated With material indigenous to the area. <br /> Mr. Sherman agreed it should be done for safety purposes and will not have <br /> detrimental effect. He suggested the Commission be contacted after one growing <br /> season to see the vegetation. <br /> It was noted a DEP number has not been received and no order can be issued. It <br /> was suggested fill could be stored pending receipt and close of hearing,. <br /> Revegetation should be required up to the original work lim't. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested all altered areas be revegetated. <br /> Mr. Coffey stated the top of the pit, if Flagged, would serve as a sufficient <br /> work limit, He felt the excavation and the borrow pit should be done at the <br /> same tie. <br /> Mrs. Simmons suggested limiting access to one side and putting the work limo t <br /> down at the edge of the pit. <br /> Mr. Bochanowski stated further delay will cause hire to lose all his workers. <br /> Ms Behrman stated a continuance should be scheduled in case IEP raises questions. <br /> She suggested to condition the access clown the south side and the flag on the <br /> north edge and base of pit to be work 13mo t. <br /> CONTINUED TO MARCH 22, 1990 - 9:30 p.m.-WORK LIMIT FOR THE PIT AND ACCESS FOR <br /> THE BOBCAT TO BE FLAGGED. <br /> 7:45 A=ONY PEL si, Lot 4 Melissa Ave. , continued from January 250 Harry <br /> Desrosier stepped down as an abutter.
