He asked Mr. -Abrahamson,, <br /> if allowed to tale it ' s natural course to come back, host long <br /> would it be before it would provide cover or habitat? <br /> Mr. Abrahamson estimated three years . <br /> Mac. Sherman asked ,' if in the interim of waiting for the <br /> vegetation to grow back to previous status, would it be <br /> valuable to do some extra planting of larger shrubs for <br /> habitat dere and there'd <br /> Mr. Abrahamson on stated, rather than larger, it is better t <br /> put in twice a's many smaller. He suggested waiting until <br /> July 1 and then put in something in the fall if needed. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he would like to stipulate in the order of <br /> Conditions to watch it through two growing seasons and <br /> reserve the right to stake further suggestions. Also to <br /> stipulate that the area cut with the brush cutter be left <br /> alone once it reaches that state again . <br /> Mr. Coffey expressed concern with the drainage issue , direct <br /> discharge and loss of vegetation . <br /> Mr. Abrahamson believes it is an overflow feature . To take <br /> it out may be more disturbance . <br /> Mr. Coffey asked if , in his opinion, he did not see it as a <br /> problem affecting pater quality. 11r. Abrahamson stated it <br /> did not, there is no evidence that water comes out of it. <br /> Shirley Novak, resident of Rock Landing Road, spoke in favor <br /> of the mowing . <br /> HEARING CLOSED - ORDER of CONDITIONS IN 21 DAYS . <br /> CHARLES SCKLR, SE 43-8%*300,, 182 Wheeler Road.
