He suggested waiting until July 1 and then put in something in the fall if needed. Mr. Sherman stated he would like to stipulate in the order of Conditions to watch it through two growing seasons and reserve the right to stake further suggestions. Also to stipulate that the area cut with the brush cutter be left alone once it reaches that state again . Mr. Coffey expressed concern with the drainage issue , direct discharge and loss of vegetation . Mr. Abrahamson believes it is an overflow feature . To take it out may be more disturbance . Mr. Coffey asked if , in his opinion, he did not see it as a problem affecting pater quality. 11r. Abrahamson stated it did not, there is no evidence that water comes out of it.
