Mr. Zeppenfeld staetd each hole would have. it's own fill site and would be replaced back into the hole. Mr. Coffey suggested,, for clarity,, they have an overall map and the individual lots could be discussed on a total scope. Mr. Grotzke provided a copy of a key plan. #1376: A shallow system with flow diffusers. This is on the sound side of the lot. Ms Behrman added, on top of the edge of the dune. Mr. Zeppenfeld stated the elevation is 83, finish grade is 11-1/2, Distance from the system to the top of the bark is 15 feet. A beach easement is at the bottom of the slope. Ms Behrman suggested pulling the ha bales back so they are not below the edge of the coastal bank. Mr. Grotzke stated it is very definitive top of coastal bank, The top of the bank is flagged. COMMENTS: .-Phyllis Paskauskas stated this sounds like a disaster waiting to happen, Mr. Sherman stated, at the on-site, it was noticed there was a substantial ditch that was duce from a cottage dowry over the dunes to the beach club. The culprit ..has been found.
