A date to be set within a month.
#1368: Plans reviewed for the septic tank and pump chamber which pumps up,
There is considerable Change in grade. There is no breakout wall . Resource
areas are not -shown but they overlap.
Mrs. Simmons stated they will be right into the bank again, she asked them to'
rove it. Mr, Zeppenfeld did not see a problem and agreed to move it around t
the back. She asked if the access driveway will stay that way.
Mr. Grotzke stated it will be consistent with the existing. There will be shell
parking off each unit. They would lie to present that on a preliminary basis
Ms Behrman asked if the whole thing could be shell and was told no.
Mr. Coffey questioned the difference in grade from the pump chamber to leaching
and was told finish grade at the pit is 22, pump chamber 14 and invert elevation
is 11-112. The lot has two separate systems.
Mr, Coffey suggested a deeper leach pit rather than pumping up. Mr. Zeppenfeld
advised it is only a two bedroom cottage; the pump chamber is 1000 gallons, the
leach pit is 1500 gallons. Mr* Coffey asked if they would remain seasonal. It
was stated this Could not be guaranteed with private ownership. Mr. Coffey asked
if something additional Could be supplied on what it would take to make this a
gravity system. Mr. Zeppenfeld stated it was a last resort to go to the pumping
and agreed to present the commission with the reasoning in writing.
Ms Behrman asked' if it was two separate lots and was. told it -is one.
#1377: A shallow system on the back of the house. There is no wall for this
system, No trees to be removed; revegetation with beach grass.
Mrs, Simmons pointed out there is Rosa Rugosa and Beach Plum bushes and was told
anything that exists, they will replicate. It wass -agreed to show erosion control
for all systems.
x#1378: Not a shallow system, a small pit because it is on the point. There is a
variance to get the septic tank net to the house and property lines in front.
The pit is as close as possible to the house. A breakout wall is needed. Re-
grading
will be required. There is a large beach plum bush they are staying
away from.
Mr. Burns suggested they right redefine property lines. Mr, Zeppenfeld stated he
would have to look into that.
Mr, Grotzke advised from the last lot on is considered a barrier beach.
Ms Behrman questioned the limit of work. Mr. Zeppenfeld advised the haybale dike
would represent the limit of work. She suggested they pull the limit of work in
as much as possible for digging and have anothr for regrading and landscaping.
It was agreed to have it in phases.
Concerning a path from Shore Drive, Mr. Zeppenfeld stated it will be reveget aced
by hand.
