Mr. Hen h,y explained any person given the citation would be entitled to a hearing in the court. Mr. Bafaro agreed. Mr. Hnchy agreed to amend the conditions. Mr. Burns asked if Mir. Bafaro was going to put water on the dock to wash down his boats and if he would then have more than one at a time there? Mr. Bafaro stated eventually he would have water and if the requirement is for only one power boat at the dock at a time, he will obey. Mr. Sherman stated he has not made up his mind but, if accepted, it would have to include the most stringent conditions. Town Counsel 's opinion is that there is no such thing as an absolute right to a dock. HEARING To DE CLOSED AT THE MEETING SUBSEQUENT TO THE RECEIPT OF AMENDMENTS* It was agreed the orders will not be issued, if very unusual , until the agent contacts Mr. Henchy. After discuss it was agreed procedure was followed and due to the limited nature of the project, VOTE: Motion made and seconded to hear* the project and withhold a decision pending any complaints from abutters that they were not notified. The existing house lies within the buffer zone, The footprint will remain the same for the project. The deck that sits on grade with concrete blocks will have con- rete pads put under the posts, 12 x 12 x 8. Photos were shown. Concern was expressed for the path over the dune grass.
