There is an existing walkway <br /> that crosses the wetlands, access for a temporary dock properly permitted in 1976. <br /> Photos of the existing structure were shown. The float is 8 X 10 (Mr. Puer i o s <br /> initialed this in on the plan) . The proposed work is routine maintenance auth- <br /> orized <br /> uthorized under the Order of Conditions; replacement of the deck and/or stringers. <br /> It does not fall under Chapter 91 becau-se it is removed seasonally. They will <br /> keep traffic to the abutting s pa rt i n a to a minimum. <br /> When asked if any posts will be replaced, Mr, Rugerlos stated they will all stay. <br /> If stained, they will be done before they go on the site. <br /> Mr. Coffey stated he would like to see spacing indicated and was told the enact <br /> same dimensions will apply, 12" spacing on the deck. Clearance under the deck <br /> varies from 36" to 45". <br /> Mrs. Simmons requested 1" spacing on the deck. This was so noted on the plan and <br /> initialed. <br /> Comments :: An abutter spoke in favor of the project. <br /> VOTE: Motion grade and seconded to find for a negative determination. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br />
