Chuck Rose presented abutter receipts, A letter from the Board f Health was read stating Board of Health approval not r qu i t ed. The Chairman asked for questions or comments. . Harold Cloran, an abutter, asked to view the plans. Mr. Rose explained ghat is proposed and Mr. Cloran had no comments. Mr. Sherman advised he met with the person doing the replication, Charlotte Cogswell , who has put together the whole plan. A handout was distributed) . The wetland is in a slope which will be tapered up and planted with the bay- berry and wild cranberry in the wetland itself. He was of the opinion the Commission could close the. hearing. Mrs. Simmons stated it should be put in the Order of Conditions how many ,years for monitoring. Mr, Coffey stated this should be started for this growing season, He asked from where the appropriate soils are coming. John De ugeri os f Coastline Engineering presented abutter receipts. There is an existing walkway that crosses the wetlands, access for a temporary dock properly permitted in 1976. Photos of the existing structure were shown. The float is 8 X 10 (Mr. Puer i o s initialed this in on the plan) . The proposed work is routine maintenance auth- orized uthorized under the Order of Conditions; replacement of the deck and/or stringers. It does not fall under Chapter 91 becau-se it is removed seasonally. They will keep traffic to the abutting s pa rt i n a to a minimum. When asked if any posts will be replaced, Mr, Rugerlos stated they will all stay. If stained, they will be done before they go on the site. Mr. Coffey stated he would like to see spacing indicated and was told the enact same dimensions will apply, 12" spacing on the deck. Clearance under the deck varies from 36" to 45". Mrs. Simmons requested 1" spacing on the deck. This was so noted on the plan and initialed. Comments :: An abutter spoke in favor of the project. VOTE: Motion grade and seconded to find for a negative determination. NEGATIVE DETERMINATION.
