They have <br /> placed more brush in the buffer zone now. <br /> It was agreed- a fine should be issued. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to issue a fine and order removal of new material , <br /> with a deadline for removal . Unanimous vote. <br /> AFIRPOULOS: cape & Islands has been retained and plans to be filed next week. <br /> ELEOANTE: The ten day limit expired on 5/14. Fine to be issued. <br /> MOTE: Motion made and seconded to issue a $300 Fine to Elegante (Kevin Meliconian) . <br /> There was discussion f an offering to be made in the newspapers to anyone with ars <br /> existing order of conditions that does not include maintenance to apply for an <br /> amended order of conditions. A hearing, with notice in the newspaper,would be <br /> held and conditions for erosion control ordered. This would be on a waiting list <br /> basis. It was agreed to await Attorney General 's approval of abutter notification <br /> reduction. <br /> NEW EABURY - REAL ESTATE POND: Order of conditions issued. Brian Zeppenfeld <br /> discussed the installation of the dock; all to be done by hand and worked off of <br /> a float. No motor boats will be allowed, with a sign on the dock. Two growing <br /> seasons to be conditioned before requesting perpetual maintenance. <br /> WILLIAM APPLEYARD: Order of Conditions issued. copy of minutes to the building <br /> inspector with order to advise of his offer to assist the neighbors with drainage. <br /> METS I STO: Order of conditions issued. Paul Sommery i l l e's comments read <br /> LAURA i ANTER: Order of Conditions issued. <br /> COLONIAL OAS - Pond Circle: certificate of compliance issued. <br /> DETERMINATIONS ISSUED; Ellery Trust-Positive; Reiffarth-Negative; Brower--Negative; <br /> Little River Boatyard-Negative. <br /> Richard Halpern and Duncan Fork left the meeting at 11 :25 p.m. <br /> NOTE: Moorings and floats to be completed on July 1 . <br /> POLICY ON DUMPING: Signs to be made available to the public. <br /> SULLIVAN-REDWOOD CIRCLE: Agent to visit the site with Charles Rowley, <br /> VOTE: Motion rude and seconded to authorize the conservation Agent to have Charles <br /> Rowley look at 14 and 15 Redwood circle drainage situation. <br /> BOO OPERATORS: Kevin Harrington to set up a meeting with their attorney,, <br /> MAUREEN QUINLAN-Fenced area : Town Counsel stated we have no jurisdiction. To <br /> be looked into. <br /> JOHN' S POND FLUME: Mr. Sherman feels there is a liability problem. Ernie Virgilio <br /> would provide a chain link f nce for $300 to surround the manhole. <br />
