Unanimous Grote. <br /> i ST I E KIRSCH: In response to the Enforcement Order, the owner did not know <br /> who is putting a dock on her property. A copy of her letter was provided t <br /> the police and harbormaster as she requested. <br /> COLONIAL GAS - PDD CIRCLE: Certificate of Compliance was requested. The <br /> siltation screens were removed prematurely. A letter to be sent stating <br /> Certificates of Compliancewill not be issued when silt screens are removed <br /> prior to issuance of the certificate. There was discussion of a policy on standards. <br /> JIM LOFTUS, the new reporter for the Messenger was introduced to the Commission . <br />
