Conservation Commission <br /> May 31 , 1 990 <br /> Page 11 . <br /> Enforcement issues continued: <br /> VOTE: lotion made and seconded to write a letter to Mr. Stenberg. if no <br /> response, fine to be- issued, <br /> Maguire: Mr. Maguire has stated he will fight the fine all the way. <br /> Pem to i n : Will not file a Notice of Intent; he i l l reconfigure tete original <br /> structure. <br /> Cushner: Letter received from Holmes & McGrath stating they are representing <br /> Dr. Cushner. <br /> Pontieri : One new hay ale added. <br /> Komessar: Until policy i established, NOI not required. He is providing plan. <br /> RESIGNATIONS: The chairman read the resignation of Edwin Beeby, associate member, <br /> who will be residing in Florida. <br /> The resignation of Joseph Burns, Commissioner, was read also. <br /> REGULATIONS: Sally Newbury consulted. Regulations are being revised and a <br /> hearing to be held this summer. Also, regulations are needed for vernal pools. <br /> Duncan York to assist. <br /> ORDERS OF CONDITIONS ISSUED: <br /> Su l l l van Irwin - Bader the town bylaw. Paul Somery i l l e's comments to be added. <br /> Bradford Wheatley - Stairs <br /> Frank Cassanel l i <br /> Fee/McCurdy <br /> APE COD COMMISSION: Carol Jacobson pointed out the Commission is one of the <br /> boards to -pass things on tb the CCC. <br /> memo was read concerning CCC delegate opening. Mrs. Jacobson appointed until <br /> 6/19/91 . <br /> DOCK IDENTIFICATION: All docks to have DEP number and/or address on them. <br /> Publicity of this requirement discussed. <br /> . Halpern suggested while mapping out the moorings, they could put a tag -on it <br /> advising the need of a number, The Agent to print something up. <br /> VINI : First enforcement order ratified. The background was given by Carol <br /> Jacobson and Gertrude Simmons. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised Town Counsel stated Mr. Vining should receive another fine <br /> ($300) for proceeding when told not to spread the sand. Bullhead work has been <br /> done. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to issue a second fine. <br /> FEES: The Agent requested guidance on enforcement issued like "S enberg". He <br /> expressed concern with the lack of standards, ie requiring a landscape plan. <br /> CONSULTANT: Edward Allen has agreed to be a consultant to the Commission. Town <br /> Counsel advised monies can be paid. fir. Allen will be willing to go to the site <br /> and write up a report. <br />
