Conservation pration mmi ion <br /> May 31 , 1990 <br /> Page 10. <br /> WILLOW BEND - SE3-641 ; Arlin Wilson came before the board t request a one <br /> year extension re the cranberry bogs to satisfy the Planning Board,, N EPA, re <br /> monitoring wells. <br /> VOTE: Motion rude and seconded to grant a one year extension to Willow Bend, <br /> M3/151 REALTY TRUST: Conditioned RDA issued. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to issue a negative determination ith <br /> the condition that access be limited to a swath 10 feet wide and <br /> the area r v g tated with indigenous material. The Commission to <br /> be notified when vegetation is completed. Negative finding to b <br /> recorded at the Registry of Deeds. <br /> MC CLATCHY: Upper Cape Engineering to be advised a plan showing the berm is <br /> necessary. Shellfish comments received May 31 . <br /> JAMES MC GONA LE: Letter received asking mmi s s l ori support on his proposal <br /> to distribute information t people at the boat ramp at Mashpee-Wakeby. <br /> Town Counsel & Board of Health to be consulted. Permission eras given to the <br /> agent to pursue the issue. <br /> STANDARDS To BE ADDED: Any fill and/or alteration not included in the description <br /> on page one of the Notice i f Intent would be cause for the Commission to deny; <br /> Certificate of --Compliance will not be issued, <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to add as standards, Items 1 .2,3.8 and 9 of <br /> the draft copy. <br /> FLUME: it was suggested the selectmen to approached for resolution of the <br /> situation. Possible grant monies to repair the flume were discussed. <br /> ENFORCEMENT: ANy violation observed,, get license l ate numbers and any identification. <br /> DUFFER ZONE PROTECTION: Handout reviewed. <br /> MASH ES LAND & MARINE ASSOCIATION: Application to be submitted; $25.00 fee. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to join the Mashp o Land & Marine Assoc, <br /> EOEA: OPEN SPACE ON CAPE COD -- Workshop on dune 14. <br /> DEM: Analysis of fresh water resources - Edwin Booby has volunteered to do this. <br /> WORKSHOP AT AUGUSTUS SNOW HOUSE: Juno 5 - to be attended by Gertrude Simmons. <br /> ENFORCEMENT ISSUES. <br /> Kirsch : Letter received wars ,provided to the Police and Harbormaster, More <br /> work has been done at the site. <br /> D yos : Fine to be served by the Sheriff. <br /> Pock - Coastal Bank Revog: No plan received. <br /> Fredman:: Enforcement order issued.
