Due to an erosion problem, they <br /> will grade slightly higher and put in a drainage swa l e. Landscaping plans were <br /> submitted. <br /> The boat ramp is to be constructed of Grasscrete, concrete block-like with holes <br /> and grass g r.ow i ng through, They will put in 6 inches of sand, They are also <br /> bringing in gas and water lures to the house. <br /> It was suggested the fire department be contacted concerning the removal of the <br /> underground oil tank. The order of conditions cannot be written until written <br /> receipt from the Fire Dept. <br /> Mrs. Simmons requested the name of the contractor* doing the work be provided to <br /> the Commission and that the inland bank delineation be added to the plan. <br /> 1r. Slavinsky agreed. He also agreed to provide a dross section of the retaining <br /> wall . <br /> Mr. Slavinsky advised they are requesting to put the sand right to the water. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated a wild life assessment would be required, if not impacting the <br /> top of the -ba.nk, a wildlife evaluation will not be needed., <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated the commission would not be amenable to having 44 cubic ,yards <br /> of sand put in the pond and would not want any more grass. <br />
