Where will be four lona tube footings. <br /> An appeal filed by an abutter was not accepted. Mr. Henchy gage the commission a <br /> copy of the stipulation of dismissal. Mr. Henchy renotified all the abutters and <br /> presented certification, <br /> Mr. DiGregorio stated they have received sign-off from Mass. Natural Heritage. It <br /> is not in an ACEC. The bank is amoored and will not be impacted. <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated there is no drainage indicated on the plan, if anything other <br /> than a french drain. <br /> Mr. Coffey stated it is a very small project tight to the corner of the house. <br /> His only concern would be the condition of the retaining wall. <br /> Mr. Henchy advised under a previous Order of Conditions some strapping and tie <br /> backs were done because it did show signs of shifting. <br /> Mr. Coffman was present and advised he put in 44 telephone poles, Braman Engineer- <br /> ing designed the bulkhead and appeared before the commission. They check every year <br /> for movement; there has been none. Prior to that, it was moving. <br />
