SPOUSTA, 150 Ninigret Ave. , Continued hearing. <br /> CONTINUED TO DECEMBER 13, 1990 - 9:30. <br /> ORDERS OF CONDITIONS ISSUED: Mary Scanlon, Richard Coffman, New Seabury-1375 Shore Drive. <br /> POPPONESSET ISLAND BRIDGE: The Emergency Certificate given by the agent to the DPW <br /> director for the repairs to Popponesset Bridge was ratified by the Commission. <br /> CAPE COD COMMISSION: New Seabury Co. has filed suit regarding their waste water <br /> treatment plant. <br /> COMPUTER UPDATE: An estimate from Buzzards Bay Computer was reviewed. <br /> BARNSTABLE CONSERVATION SAMPLE: Informational handout. <br /> CZM: Coastal Bank Delineation formula reviewed. <br /> SOUTH CAPE BEACH: EIR received - response due by December 24, 1990. <br /> WOOD DUCK NESTS: Renee Fudala is involved in this project and needs a donation of <br /> plywood to make two nesting boxes for _Noody Pond. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to support the project up to a limit of $100.00. <br /> JOENS POND PARK SURVEY: Meeting did not occur; rescheduled for December 3, 1990. <br /> CLARICE JACKSON: Failed septic; the Board of Health has designed a septic system and is <br /> doing a filing with the commission for her. She has stated she does not have the $40. <br /> fee and asked the commission if they would waive the fee. <br /> The consensus is not to waive the fee. <br /> FISCAL ADVISORY REPORT: The agent advised, should the time come, he would not be <br /> willing to use his vehicle for Commission business. <br /> CHATHAM: Special Conditions - copies distributed. <br /> APCC: Cape Cod Critical Habitats Atlas - The Chairman suggested the Commission should <br /> purchase this item. <br /> MASRPEE RIVER WOODLANDS: Regulations have gone to Town Counsel for review. Next <br /> scheduled meeting for the committee is December 5, 1990 - 7:30 p.m. <br />
