landing, off of Timberlane Drive* <br /> The order of Condition for Carmine DeSimone was to be drawn up as follows: <br /> 11. The building,, its contiguous structures and its adjacent systems <br /> shall be designed to withstand the Base or Design Flood without caus- <br /> ing unacceptable risks to its occupants o -to adjacent or downstream <br /> property owners or causing unacceptable health hazards to its occum <br /> parts and others, and sustaining damage of unacceptable magnitude. <br /> 12. She also wants to transplant some <br /> of the beach grass - it does work early in the season 66 gust dig it and take it <br /> right out and put it in another place. Mrs. DLory said that April is the month <br /> to transplant. Mrs* Studley said it would be good to try it on some town-owned <br /> land and get some beach grass to transplant.
