The meeting arras called to order by Chai erson Studley. The minutes were read and accepted. ti First on the agenda was a bill from Marcel 11"i tin in the amoant o $325.00 in the Thomas Paradise case, with..a vote being asked for approval. Iwas said that the � case hasn't been settled yet anc a ., o, that ;it doesn't say $Final Bill". We are waiting' to find out if they're in t issue ars Order of Condition. I.irs. Act Amendiments of 1972 to: Retain 228.5 linear feet of existing unauthorized concrete bulkhead and to construct and srlain- t in 30 linear feet: of concrete block bulkhead to complete the existing bulkhead and replace eroded fill in the Great ger at �ka.sh�ee, Mass. in accordance with the attached plans. Approximately 10 cubi -yards of sand - . and gravel will be placed shoreward of proposed bulkhead. The area is to be used as a beat basin. (Full copy attached. It was asked if he ever had a Corps' p g of Engineers permit - apparently not. It was asked that even though it's an existing thing., do they t�ll have to come to us. They still have to come to us for an Order of Condition. They're trying to bypass the local authority. Corps of Engineers is ordering them to comply with local authority.
