In regard to the •ash ee River Corridor, Mrse DeLory said it was de- cided that they will have a meeting February 15th at 7:30 p,m, at the Sen. for Citizens Center, which will be a public meeting, There will be three phases to this inee ting: 1 descriptions and introduction; Leonard Peck showing pictures and slides of Ma4shpee River canoe trip; andquestion- naires will be given out filled out and then handed i n, There will b - flyer in the mail and lots of publicity* The Committee is having pre- meeting meeting on February 11th at 10:,00 a.m. at Senior Citizens Center. It was mentioned that we had a meeting with the Planning Board re- garding the reap, which iedre �reelish is working on. 1e will meet ig with Planning Board on February 2nd at 8:00 p.m. It was stated that 'at the Mashpoe River Corridor meeting Frank Dicks said that the article in the warrant for the $12,500-00 for the soil con- servation survey will be going into the regular Town Meeting, since only emergency funds can b voted o t Special Town Meeting. T��r. hicks also thought there was a way to get raoney. for the soil survey if it doesn't pass at Town Meeting, either from federal. 'or state sources rather than from the town treasury. One of the reasons we haven I t been able t get funds is because we don't have master plan yet -- once .it's finished, e can apply.
