The architect- had steps extending do-"M to the river, however, we talked him out of that. We asked him to keep them back up onto the deck. We have tried to keep the limit of construction back From the bank. The house has been staked for the 3card''s inspection. Shirley: Does .the end of the deck go to the top of the bank? Mr. War-wick: Yes, but the supports for the deck are well behind the deck. Tells the Board that the steps extending from the deck on the corner near the bank will not be there. Shirley:- Asks why the house is so close to the bank if the lot is relatively large? Mr. War-wick: It is because of the perimeter of the ad, ining wells and the septic system. =fie wanted to get the septic system as far from Area t Riven as we possibly could. We also wanted to stay within the permiters of 100 Feet From the wells. could probably move it over, but that doesn't serve any p7arpose at all. We are away from the wells across the street now, however, 1 don't know what happens i we start moving the house. The other- aesthetics is the view of the project.
