The Board set up a date to do an on-site inspection of the property which was sc edu ed for Saturday, October 17, at 9:30 a.m. Discussion on 295 Compass Circle, E43-297, Bruce Fulton Hearing was held on Sept, 23, 1981 ` Request was made of the Board to amend the Orden of Conditions issued on the house for Lot 295 Compass Circle. They would like to move the house closer to the water. Everything must be shifted back rue to Douse on next lot (294) being off property line. TL h e attached- garage is 87 hundredths of a foot over onto the 10 f oo t drain- age easement and his well is 8 feet over on Lot 295. The well box is 5 feet by feet, The Board advised Bruce that the house on Lot 294 is in vlolation of the building code. Revised plans will be re-submitted for a smaller mouse further r back. P..-'4. There will be two pilings in the water. There is a level area approximately- 10 feet wide just after the 2 foot bank. We want to put two pilings in the water,ter, thea we will have the ramp and then the float. The edge of the float is out approximately 10 Feet from the oiit iJe edge.
