Jean Thomas, Sgt. Bevaq a, Wendy Rubin and pat Cooper met with the <br /> Conservation Commission to up-date them on information gathered on ideas about the <br /> trail bike plans. Wendy explained to the Commission that they checked with the <br /> zoning by-laws and did quite a bit of research. They have met with h.E. Trail <br /> Riders Association members, rotor bike dealers, the State Registry of Recreational <br /> Marine Vehicle people. They have started a Safety Education pro gr m.They have <br /> checked into insurance liabilities, the actual trail setup and safe riding situa- <br /> tions for people* Jean showed the CoirTimission the proposed plan and explained that, <br /> them intent .is to separate it from the _rest of the recreational things that are <br /> planned in the twenty-two acres. ion Bevaqua mentioned that it will be a good dis- <br /> tance away from, the water supply. The trails will be about one and two-tenths <br /> miles in a circle with a secondary trail.
