He also <br /> told the commission that they would be, `a.lrly sensitive to the bank <br /> Pauline asked how it will be anchored <br /> Mr. Dionne told the Commission that it would be Footed on the bank and rodded to the exist- <br /> ing house foundation as it is a three-sided situation and that they would not be exceeding <br /> any building dimension that already exists on the property, <br /> F <br /> Dorothy asked if the septic was on the circle ld of the property? <br /> Ir. Dionne replied that that was correct. He also mentioned tioned that the Keene's have pur- <br /> chased an adjoining lot going towards the beach area on the opposite side of the pool aread <br /> Pauline asked what the distance of the pool was from the lot line? <br /> Mr. Dionne replied that there -is a, 17 foot distance. He told the Commission that the utild- <br /> ing Inspector approved it but suz;gested that the Conservation Commission view it. <br /> Dorothy asked how much of a distance there was between the pool and the bane? <br /> Mr. Dionne said tha L. the-E- was 12 to 15 Feet explaining because of the way the bark <br /> turns there would be 12 Feet at one corner and 15 feet at the other corner. <br /> Wayne asked if it w-.s a. Gunite Pool.? <br /> Mr. Dionne replied that it eras,. <br /> Wayne asked if it would be reinforced steel's <br /> Mr. Dionne replied ity es i#, <br /> Wayne asked if he were saying that it would be anchored in to the existing oundation? <br /> Mr. Dionne replied that they are pinning the foundation of the building to the existing <br /> house foundation, Inside the foundation will be a Gunite tub and over the top of it, they <br /> would bridge it with metal roof decking so that one could walk around behind the pool so <br /> that there would be access to any kind of a pipe problem and the hot air could be brought <br /> up on the outside walls} <br /> No Further questions were asked.
