w 'Co's e r:.t i n -commission inutes October 13,- 1982 Face Acceptanceof Minutes The Coimlssion voted to accept the minutes of September~ 2 , 1982 ..as written, Erosion Control - im Path Mrs. ElizabethO'Neil and Mrs. Eleanore Broim met with the Commission regarding the recommendation of the Board for Mrs. O'Neil to use hay bales and snow fencing to pre- vent the erosion which is occurring on her property located on Kim Path. She told the Commission that she talked with a Civil Engineer and other~ people who have told her that the sea comes up and over the bank. Mrs, Brown told the Commission that in 1980, she saw 8 foot wages s .owe inz Mrs. O'Neil's house with spray and -that the window is being underminded. Mrs. O'Neil. said that the Civil ineer felt that rip rap would be the only way. Mrs. Brown commented that she has lost 30 Feet.
