She told the <br /> Commission that she talked with a Civil Engineer and other~ people who have told her that <br /> the sea comes up and over the bank. Mrs, Brown told the Commission that in 1980, she <br /> saw 8 foot wages s .owe inz Mrs. O'Neil's house with spray and -that the window is being <br /> underminded. Mrs. O'Neil. said that the Civil ineer felt that rip rap would be the <br /> only way. Mrs. Brown commented that she has lost 30 Feet.
