Hildebrand said that they would like <br /> to put bark mulch. Charlie then asked if there would be a berm to <br /> prevent the bark mulch from running down to the beach, Mr.- Hildebrand <br /> r pt.i ed that the bark mulch would not be above the level the wall., <br /> Warne suggested scooping out the area so that it would have a reversed <br /> p itch in order to catch the mulch, <br /> Dorothy asked if the abutters were notified? Mr. iii ldebrand replied <br /> that he had a .fetter stating that Mr. Hindley informed him that the <br /> abutters were notified, <br /> Wayne asked .about the machinery that would be used. fir. Hildebrand <br /> toad the Commission that the only machine that would have to be used <br /> would be a Bobcat to make the cut into the bank and that the gest of the <br /> work would be done by hand. He mentioned that boulders would be dumped <br /> by a dump truck and that a truck would be backed in after the cut was <br /> made in order to dump the sand. <br /> No further questions were asked. Dorothy told Mr, Hildebrand that the <br /> Board would take it under advisement and issue an Order of Conditions, <br /> ;r, Hildebrand asked' to receive a copy of the Order. <br /> The following Order of Conditions were issued <br /> The work shall conform to the followln4 described plans and additional <br /> conditions : Landscape Plan for fir.
