Attorney Howes <br /> pointed out that Mr. Nye indicated that the house previously ap- <br /> proved is closer to the top of the bank than what they are proposing. <br /> The lot being reviewed was Lot 7 Barbary, owned by Mr. Bel.and, <br /> Attorney Howes said that he would stipulate for the applicant that he <br /> would posh the garage towards the street as far as pos ille. <br /> chairperson Studley pointed out that the Commission has not received <br /> a DEQE number to. Attorneydate. ttorney Howes said that he talked with DEQE <br /> anthey informed him that a number wo ld be issued within the week <br /> The following order of Conditions was issued and is to be held until <br /> the issuance of a DEQE number: <br /> The plans shall conform to the following described plans : site Plan of <br /> Lot 6 Barbary Circle as shown on LC 22111B in Mashpee for Joseph P. <br /> Burns , Dated: 10/19/82 , Plans Drawn By: Baxter & Nye, Inc, , Registered <br /> LandSurveyor' s ,, Osterville, Ma. <br /> The garage shall be relocated 12 feet closer to Barbary Circle. <br /> All down spout8 shall be connected to french drains/dry wells. <br /> No heavy equipment is allowed beyond the 23. 7 contour. <br /> 11 material blown over- the edge shall be recovered .arid removed upon <br /> completion of the building, <br /> Lot 7 Barbar_ Circle <br /> ,Charlie requested that a letter be sent to Mr. Beland of Lot 7 Barbary <br /> Circle requesting that one of the drains on the corner of the house be <br /> put into a dry well. Anderson explained to the commission that the house is approximately <br /> 70 feet from John' s Pond and that Mr. Chambers would like to construct <br /> an enclosed porch facing the water which would make the building approx- <br /> imately 60 feet from the water. He told the Commission that there would <br /> be no trees removed, <br /> .harlie asked if it would be set on cin es blocks.
