Godfrey Road.. Mr. Haggett- reviewed with the members of the Board what- had transpired since his last meeting Frith `the commission.. He said that he had since reviewed the plan which was submitted and realized that the a -- . . avation was not shown on the-6plan-. Board r embe , Charlie Buckingham e commented that' the plan does not represent where the house is currently . standing stating that the Commission world not have okayed the amount of cut' that exists. now nor. would have DBE allowed the Commission to "okay it. 3e said that they have cut out 7 -to ' down .into the bank. Wayne Tavares commented that he felt it should have never happened as there seems to be some discrepancy in the topo. As a possible solution to the problem, e- suggested enclosing the whole thing and making a huge dry well. lie said •that two railroad ties could be buried one on top- of each other and anchored into the 'wall that is retaining. Charlie commented that they either could do that or fall the thing in and restore the bank t the original conditions. Mr. Haggett commented that they would comply t whatever conditioh the Board felt ne essary* however# he liked the sugges- tion of imbedding the railroad ties.
