Mr. Emmons - epliLed that there would just. be , crawl space. No further questions were asked by the Board. The depth of the crawl space underneath the addition' shall . b ,- no more.-than 3 feet Regmest for Determination of6Maush02 Cotta es. l, 2, and r Arlene Wilson of BSE appeared before the Commission representing the owners of the above-referenced cottages I cated at Maushop Village i-n a request-- for- the est.-for- the commission to determ-i ne whether a filing.. o f a Notice is Intent- is necessary in order to move the cottages back to- their deeded a tsement The Commission reviewed- the plans of the project. Arien6 explained- that the. grad n'g pian of the existing topography and the building locations were done by BSE* - 'the proposed roads and drainage plan along- with the- septic system locations were done by Hayes Engineering. Charlie Buckingham asked if the Corporation going to go ahead and put in the septic systems for the cottages. Arlene wi ons replied that } they cannot be . roved and- be kept on the same septic systems. ' She explained that they wanted to get the whale area cleaned up including the basin so- haat the goad system . , .and everytl ging. from the road to the ban] - is- finis edS. She commented. that if` they could get permission for the relocation of the, cottages then Hayes ori go to the Board of Health for permits of the septic ,system installation, � Arlene tale the commission that they plan to have the pro jest accomplished by the' fl i as the corporation 'does not grant to have the site opened up dur- ing the summer months plus the fact that it is difficult to establish vege- tation in July and August. Charlie commented that he understood that they will be putting a leaching pit in the base of the drainage basin. Arlene replied that they were actu- ally were planning two of them at the present time which would be set- quite deep with a good deal of - stone around -the-m so that there would be additional drainage directed down as opposed to out to minimize siltsg e*
