.; qp <br /> .MAS P CONSERVATION ATION COMMISSION <br /> MASHPEE TOWN HALL <br /> MEETING OF JULY 27, 1983 <br /> The foil wing members of the Mashpee Conservation Commission were present <br /> for tonight 's meeting : Chairperson Dorothy G. Studley; vice Chairperson, <br /> Pauline F. De ory, Wayne Tavares and March Darda o. i <br /> Chairperson Studley convened the meeting at 7:.30 p.m. <br /> Anthon Werra aro re: Lot 4 River Rd. <br /> Mr. Ferragamo met with the Commission with reference to the order of con- <br /> ditions issued for Lot 4 Rivek Road. He explained to the Board that he <br /> was considering buying the property and that he wanted to rake sure he <br /> understood the conditions, issued by the Conservation commission. He asked <br /> for a copy of the -plans on file,which was supplied. r* Ferragamo mentioned <br /> that he�-would like to substitute the 4 x 4 post as shorn on the drawing with <br /> precast concrete and that he- would use 1 inch planking instead of the 1 x <br /> planking as it felt it was too flimsy. Chairperson Studley said that she <br /> did not see any problems with that. <br /> Mr'. Ferragamo asked about doing selective cutting on the property. hair- <br /> person Studley said that the Commission would have t make ars on-site in-- <br /> spection; however, she did not' see a problem in removing dead vegetation.. <br /> Extension Reuest - Lots 61 & 62�Monomo§coy.Ed. <br /> The Commission reviewed •a request from James es P. Hanks that an - extension <br /> e issued for the order ,of 60nditions issued for property owned by him on <br /> lots 61 & 62 Monor scoy Rd* After reviewing the file on Mr. Hank's, the - <br /> Commission unanimously voted. t ,issue a one-yea extension on the property. <br /> r <br /> Determination Re uest, Lot 26 Wheeler Road <br /> The Commission reviewed a letter dated July 25 from Mr. Francis Kane re-- <br /> questing that the Conservation Commission determine if he must file for <br /> removal of trees and brush on property ,located on Lot 26 off Wheeler Rd. <br /> It was the vote of the Board to have Mr. Kane file a Notice of Intent with <br /> complete plans including the proposed septic system of the house as he <br /> plans to construct a single-family home. <br /> Dr. Norman Pastan Continuance,- Lot 21 T' d <br /> Irving wing from Doyle Associates was present to represent. the applicant,, <br /> Mr. Wing presented the Board with a letter addressed to Mr, & Mrs. Norman <br /> Ka tan from Chris Kuebler dated June 3, 1983 stating that New Seabury <br /> Corporation grants permission to build a suitable walkway to a dock over- <br /> the conservation easement located bet Teen .Lot 21 and Jehu Pond 'Subject t <br /> the Architect ral - Review Committee's approval <br />
