Board that the fill would be up- to the house by 3 or 4 feet. <br /> Mr. Wing explained that there would be a retaining wall as shown on the <br /> landscape plan and that. there would be no fill past the retaining wall. <br /> Chairperson Studley asked Nor. Wing if the area would be vegetated as she <br /> had concerns as to the Eloping land, Nor.. Wing replied that it wbuld b <br /> graded down to the natural slope and then seeded. <br /> The Commission reviewed a 1 l plans submitted covering the house, the land- <br /> scaping <br /> nd-caps.ng plan and the dock <br /> The following order of Conditions were issued <br /> The construction of the dwelling shall conform to -the Site Plan dated <br /> October 12 , 1982. The boardwalk shall be constructed in accordance with <br /> plan submitted by Dr, Norman Nastan dated October 13, 1982. The dock, ramp <br /> and float shall be placed' at right ales to -the mean low water mark. John Slavinsky was present to represent the applicant, <br /> Mr. Slavinsky explained to the Commission that Lot 156 Whippoorwill Circle. � <br /> is on the corner of the goad across from the water and that they are within <br /> 100 feet from the wetland. The 'lot was perked by Mrs. Anderson during the <br /> month of May. He said t-hat there were prob .em-&-with the septic system a it <br /> is not a normal design. <br /> Pauline DeLory commented that it is below street level ire that are"a.. <br /> Chairperson Studley asked hoer they were going t change the elevation <br /> Mr. Slavinsky explained that they were planning to remov.e the impervious <br /> material in the leaching field. He said that the top soil of about 6t� <br /> would be stripped and that they would fill it up about o" and then place <br /> narrow septic system on it. He said that the same thing had to be done <br /> on the abutting lot which is owned by Ernie Virgilio as well as on lot 158 <br /> owned by Donnova , <br /> Pauline De Lory asked how much fill was in the area when they dug the t st <br /> holes? <br /> Mr. Slavins y ' replied that there was nothing. <br /> Chairperson Studley asked what they were planning to do to hold the fill <br /> on the lot? Mr. Slavinsky replied that. the fill will be held naturally <br /> by way of ,foaming and seeding* <br /> It was noted that DEQE had assigned a number with no questions. No further <br /> questions were asked by the Commission. <br />
