Y <br /> The fill is to be held naturally by way of loaming and seeding so that it will not <br /> interfer with fitter's property. <br /> Hay bales shall be placed to prevent washing of filled materials to adjoining property. <br /> The septic system shall conform to Title V of the State Environmental Coda and the <br /> Town of Mashpee Board of Health Rules and Regulations., <br /> E.eguest for ate Plan <br /> The librarian requested a copy of the Conservation Update Plan, Request was granted. <br /> Plan for James Hc-Sett,, Loot 8 Godfrey Road <br /> Mr. Haggett informed the secretary that he thought there was another plan which <br /> should be on file showing the crushed stone for his patio which they plan to build <br /> on Lot 8 Godfrey Road. Chairperson Studley suggested that Mr. Haggett get in touch <br /> with Doyle Associates as they submitted the plans received by the Comission. <br /> .Letter from AnthonyDonato re: Lot-75 Monomosco Rd. <br /> r. Donato by way of a letter dated -August 3, 1983, requested that the Commission <br /> let hire know what -their position was in the matter of removal of seaweed and objects <br /> which held back the current on his mother's beachfront property located on Leat 75 <br /> SonomoscoY Road. Chairperson Studley said that he had visited the site where the <br /> beach grass was rennoved; however, she did not believe that the damage was extensive <br /> and that nature would do its own repair job.. She commented that she dick not know <br /> what the "objects" were that Mr . Donato refer red to in his letter and that if they <br /> were other than natural materials, replacement would involve filing a lotice of In- <br /> tent to replace. <br /> Michael Lentel Violation <br /> The Chairperson of the Commission issued a Cease & Desist Crder to Michael. Loentel for <br /> a violation of the wetlands act in which filling occurred on his property located off <br /> Wheeler Road. The Board ratified the issuance of the Cease & Desist Order. <br /> Chairperson Studley also brought to the attention of the Commission that the Lentel's <br /> are running a business in, their residentially zoned property by way of a complaint <br /> from Mr, Julian. fir, Julian was advised to put his complaint in writing to the Build- <br /> ing Inspector. <br /> Thomas Smith Violation <br /> Chairperson Studley also issued a Cease & Desist order to Thomas Smith on his property <br /> located on the corner of Gilds Road and Monomoscoy Road with regard to filling in <br /> within 100 feet of wetlands. The Commission ratified this Cease & Desist order. <br />
