[/�� xn.rrrr.��i��i��nni•ik Mr. Martiros met with the Commission expressing interest in getting a sub--committee formed ed f r management ent of the newly acquired 120 acnes ..r along john' s Pond. He said that he would like to see a diverse group for the committee. Pauline commented that one of the first things the committee should 'do is to get a lease for the bog which would have to be legall y advertised. Mr. Martiros said that he would like to consider a new name for the area and that he would like to have a meeting to get input from the people in the area, The secretary was asked to sena a memo to the Selectmen regarding the creation of a sub-committee recommending William Martiros and Carol acobenf Co wl i ance The Commission issued compliances on the order of conditions issued to the following : Peter Romano, 15 Elizabeth Island Road and William Paterson, 294 Compass Circle. Charlie Buckingham checked both areas out. Extension Re nest one-year extension was issued to Seymour Goldberg for property located t 521 Triton Way, Cease & Desist Orders The cease & desist orders issued to Robert Power of 29 Fells Pond Road and to Dr. Charles Lapidus of Santu'it Lame were ratified, Pro2osal of Eleanor I ardi a letter dated August 22, 1983 from Eleanor Harding outling conditions for sale or transer of her property at ioody's -Pond to the Town of Mashpee was read into the minutes. Appraisals of the lana will have to be dome prior to the end of the month so that the town can apply for a self-help grant, Meeting adjourned at 9 :20 p.m. text meeting scheduled for September 1 .
