Realty Frust, R, Dubin, 'trustee, 40 Wheelhouse Lane <br /> (SE43-312) Mr. William Warwick was present to represent the applicant <br /> n a request to construct and maintain a sirs -family dwelling. He <br /> said that the building is within the 100 foot discretionary zones He <br /> said that they are also �asking for a pool and that the deck c nstruc. <br /> tion would be at 10.5 and that the existing grade is at . The pool <br /> will be sitting up out of the ground with a wooden deck around it. He <br /> said that they would not be filling anything around the pool. <br /> Chairperson Studley commented that fences for the pools which he is <br /> proposing should be taken into consideration. fir.. Warwick said that <br /> they will all have fences as it canes under the by-law, <br /> Charlie asked for further clarification -on the pooh Mr Warwick said <br /> there would be an excavation for the pool and that them would be a <br /> foundation but the wall would extend above the existing graded .He said - ' <br /> that around the pooh., there would be a deck and around the deck -would b <br /> lattice work. He said that would eliminate bringing in a lot of fill or <br /> lowering the pool. He said that they wanted to work the pool into the <br /> house and that they would be stepping down onto the pool deck# <br /> Mr. Warwick said that ground water was hit at 12 feet. The water was at <br /> elevation one on another lot in the area and at minus two at lot 56a <br /> This was because of the clay. <br /> "fir. Warwick said that they would not be making any provisions for hay <br /> bales because of the slope. He said that they were 38 feet away from <br /> the wetlands with the nearest point to the pool deck. Where would be <br /> no excavation r alteration any grades within the 10 foot buffer <br /> zone. <br /> Chairperson Studley asked again about fill around the Pool* fira Warwick <br /> said that there would be no fill; there would be lattice work and that <br /> they would probably plant around it, <br /> Charlie commented that check valves should be installed, <br /> No further gest ions, <br /> Searing of to en Weiner,, Lot 9 Tide Faun .. - 11 <br /> Mr. William Warwick and .the architect were present to represent the appii-� <br /> cant% in request o construct a three--bedroom single family dwelling with <br /> pooh.. lir.. Warrick said that the house is at elevation 17 and that they <br /> are not confronted with the floodplain. He said that there is a definite <br /> bank which runs from elevation 17 down to JehuPond. Hay bales will be <br /> placed 12 feet away from the house and 7 feet away frorn the pool&- This <br /> will prevent any debris from going down the bank which is well stabilized, <br /> He said that they are not asking for any disturbance beyond the hay bales. <br />
