Mra Warwick said that the Board of Health is not <br /> requiring the reserve area to be put in; however, thy, re putting a <br /> check valve in so that they could get into a reserve area is necessary, <br /> Chairperson Studley asked if was a good distance from the grater fir, <br /> Warwick commented that it is 320 feet from mean high water Chairperson <br /> Studley commented that there was a loo foot easement all the way around <br /> besides the additional marsh lana. <br /> Mr. Warwick said that the great changes would be in the front of the <br /> building which will be built up to elevation 13,5 floor elevation) . He commented <br /> that OEQE has no problem and that a number was issued. The resources in- <br /> volved are coastal bank (which is at the edge of the marsh ) . He said that <br /> according to regulations it would be a coastal bank on the whole lot up to <br /> elevation eight and the sad.t marsh is involved (which runs dose to the <br /> back of the lot line) and also land subject to flooding. <br /> haiLrperson Studley asked if it weld be a crawl space. Yr,, warwick re- <br /> pli d "absolutely" . <br /> harlle reviewed the septic area. Mr. Warwick commented that the blue <br /> clay would have to be removed. He said that the bottom of the system is <br /> at six feet and the 41evation of the blue clay is two feet which gives four <br /> feet of suitable material. <br /> Pauline asked about shruberry and trees along Creat River and if they were <br /> planning to do anything with thea. Mr. Warwick commented that they cannot <br /> touch anything and that they are not intending to touch anything. Pauline <br /> commented that some of them have been cut right down. Mr. Warwick said <br /> that lot 16 was one of them. Chaircerson Studley said that one of the order <br /> o :corp tions would be no vegetation to be removed from waterside. <br /> . Warwick said that he would not be placing hay bales on this lot because <br /> of the gradual. slope, <br /> No further questions were asked. <br />
