Reference was rade to a letter from New Seabury corporation stating that they have engaged Capa Cod Consultants to act as their agents. Mrs.Studley told the Board that she had several conservations with Mr. Alexander, Mr. Stevens of DEQE and Miss Collins of Cape Cod Consultants. Reference was also made to a letter dated December 2, 183 to cape Cod Consultants. Charlie Buckingham hair moved that emergency conditions do exist and shall be taken care of as submitted to the commission. March Dardano seconded the motion. All present were in favor. Chairperson Studley stated that they will be using a s nag.l crane instead of a bobcat because the length o beach.
