Reference <br /> was rade to a letter from New Seabury corporation stating that they <br /> have engaged Capa Cod Consultants to act as their agents. Mrs.Studley <br /> told the Board that she had several conservations with Mr. Alexander, <br /> Mr. Stevens of DEQE and Miss Collins of Cape Cod Consultants. Reference <br /> was also made to a letter dated December 2, 183 to cape Cod Consultants. <br /> Charlie Buckingham hair moved that emergency conditions do exist and shall be <br /> taken care of as submitted to the commission. March Dardano seconded <br /> the motion. All present were in favor. Chairperson Studley stated that <br /> they will be using a s nag.l crane instead of a bobcat because the <br /> length o beach. March asked if stipulations were being made that they <br /> re <br /> ve eae' and build up the bank Dorothy said that the order is good <br /> for thirty days. She explained that they were at a meeting in Boston <br /> with MEPA to get their approval.
