Svanoe as for. unit #2 owned by New ea- bury Corp. She said that cottage #2 will be relocated and put on a full foundation' and cottage #1 will be moved temporarily and put back on crawl space foundation. They will both have the sane engineering and land- scaping. The septic systems are in place. She -explained that unit #1 cannot be relocated as there is no room to put it back with the other buildings and permit access o Dorothy asked were the access was in ea- tion to the cottage? miss Collins pointed out Rock Landings' bound which is on the north side. Charlie asked which direction the cottage would be moved while putting in the frost wall. miss Collins said that it would be moved back -- not . towards the water side. She also mentioned that minimal landscaping was involved. Hearing closed. The following Order of Conditions were drawn up: Cottage Unit #1 - i illiam S canoe - Wow- shall be in accordance with plan dated -4/28/83a, Special. conditions were: Because of the severe and con- tinuing erosion of land along the coastal bank where the above-referenced cottage is located, the Conservation commission recommends the relocation of- cottage' #1 to a total distance of 30 feet from the top of the -bank.
