Jean Thomas recalled t ey (Jermyn andHallett) had said at a recent greeting that when they got done with the project, it would be a number of years. Chairperson Studley said then at that time the town would be asked to either buy it or they could remove it. Now they want the town to give therm a yearly credit equal to the amount of principal and interest paid during the year. They are saying it will be deducted from the cranberry payment not to ex- ceed seven years. Pauline asked if they stated in their letter what the principal and interest was. Chairperson Studley replied 11no11. can said that the Commission needed figures and to have it reviewed by town counsel. Chairperson Studley said that it has already been submitted to town counsel. Chairperson Studley asked if the $2500 certificate of deposit was agreeable to the members of the Board. Jean Thomas moved that the Commission accept the $2500 certificate of deposit in lieu of the performance bond of $20,,QOO, '.'�-.".FPaulide.- DeLory '-sedonded the motion.
