i <br /> r <br /> MINUTES F JANUARY 41P 1984 <br /> MASHPEE-0 TOWN HALL <br /> The following members of the Conservation Commission were present for <br /> the meeting : vice Chairperson Pauline F. DeLory, Charles Buckingham <br /> and March Dardanow Jean Thomas was also present during the m-eeting <br /> informing the commission that she was just appointed but had not been <br /> sworn in. <br /> Vice Chairman DeLory convened the meeting at p.m. <br /> Cranberry...Boq Committee <br /> Pauline asked the Conservation secretary to send a letter to Town Accountant <br /> stating that the Commission has approved a secretary for the Cranberry Bog <br /> Committee which will meet every other week. <br /> Pauline also informed the Board that the Cranberry Bog Committee has voted <br /> to use the name of John' s Fond Park for the newer acquired 120 acre parcel, <br /> wh i h was the former name <br /> New members recommended to the Cranberry Bog Committee are Ernie Roberts and <br /> Lau',1--a Micka. <br /> wcln.,nly Rubin will be submittiji4an article to ask for funding for lifeguards <br /> i on s ion was mare on how much stickers will cost and to whom they will b <br /> Ma . -ai labii. <br /> Commission members reviewed a letter from Bob DeLory stating that he would <br /> remove the building at John' s Pond Park at no charge to the town for the <br /> materials in same. M.r. I eLor r states that he will assure all liability of <br /> inuries occuring to him or - others working for him. Debris will be con- <br /> tained from blowing around the site. Board members present voted unanimously <br /> to accept Mr. eLor ' s tuns and to make rec 'mmendations to Selectmen. <br /> Mrs, Studley and Mr. Tavares , who were unable to attend tonight' s meeting, <br /> were polled and also were in agreement. <br /> Minutes of December 14 <br /> Conservation m *mutes of December 14 were accepted as read with the correc- <br /> tion of insertion of March Dardano, who was in attendance at that meeting. <br /> Sorry, larch'. <br /> panda los Hearin , 260 Cross tree <br /> The George Mandalos hearing scheduled for 7 :45 p.m. was heard later in the <br /> evening clue to the late arrival of a representative from Doyle Associates. <br /> (see Page 9) <br />
