conservation Commission i i rout s of k ay 2 , 1984 Page Glick Dock Permit mr. Burtis appeared before the Commission with reference to the Marvin Glick dock. He asked if the Commission issued Orders of Conditions on the dock. Upon review of the files, the Commission only found Order of Conditions for the house, the deck and a swimming pool, mr. Burtis coxTI- mented that a Permit was issued December 6, 1982 by the Army Corps, Chairperson Studley asked hire to check to see if an extension was issued. She said if it was not, the Glick ' s s would have to file with the Commission for repair of their dock. for Aud* ciary.. ' m ino atJohn' s Pond Chairperson Studley commented that the Boy scouts had carped out at Johne s Pond over the weekend and that there was no trouble at all, Qua s hne t valley Golf Course Tom Devane appeared before the Commission with reference to the letter signed by the members of the Board oh may 9 stating that the revised plans f the Quashnet Valley Golf Course appear as though they will comply to permits issued. He said that he was hoping for a more positive letter, He said -that they spent two years trying to make everybody ha � � pp and that he hoped the approved plans were satisfactory to the Commission. .. A motion was made by Chairperson Studley to make the letter more declarative. Pauline DeLory seconded the motion. All present were in favor. Orders of Conditions The Commission issued orders of Conditions for the Robert and Pauline e ory hearing on the house and attached garage and two�oar garage property located on day Road. They issued orders for the Sackett request to construct a house on Frog Pond Close and for the Cauger dock, Frog Pond. Crders of Conditions were issued for the removal of milfoil in Fells Pond to the Fells Fond Association.
