He said that it has been <br /> added to the plan showing an 81 x 12 ' proposed greenhouse and an 81 x <br /> 23 ' deck , which is within 72 feet of the shore of John' s Pond,, <br /> TOX. Spohr commented that the foundation was there for seven years and <br /> that Attyo Portnoy has a purchase and sale agreement to purchase the lot. <br /> He saif; that Atty. Portnoy plans to construct, with the Commission' s ap. <br /> proval, a very substantial house, <br /> OWN <br /> chairperson Studley asked if anybody had any questions?
