She said that the house could be completed. The site plan was reviewed by the Commission. Charlie said that the well looked as though it was within 100 feet of the pond. Mrs. DeMichelle said that it was 105 feet and that the plan -was certified by costa. She com- mented that the Building Inspector and Asst. Malcolm ortno Heari The following hearing the Notice of Intent filed by Malcolm Portnoy t construct a greenhouse onto approved house to be constructed at Lot 6 Sun- set circle was held with Charles spohr representing the applicant, Mr. Spohr started his presentation by sabring that he received a letter at 5 :00 p,m. this afternoon from Mrs. Anderson, Board of Health Agent, stating that the well is not within 100 feet from the new proposed leaching. He said that they have verified where the well is and it is far more than 100 feet from the leaching.
