Wayne said that one <br /> of the reasons why Rock Landing responded to this was because the bull- <br /> doers had to tear through a heavily vegetated area. Pauline DeLory . ::: <br /> said that she went down because of a phone call from March Dardano on <br /> Saturday because there were machines down there. Mrs. Derory said that <br /> when she got there, no machines were working' :: .(She mentioned that the <br /> Chairperson was working and could not respond to the call) . Mrs. Oe ory � <br /> said that someone told her she should have felt the machines to see if i <br /> they were still hot. Ms. Collins said that she is not there all the <br /> time either so she takes people' s word. <br /> s# collins indicated that a road hAs been created 72 feet to 150 feet <br /> back. She said that if an on-site was to be dome there could be recom- <br /> mendations to correct. She said that according to the cease and desist, <br /> if it has to be ripped out, i is not going to be reve-ge' ate as-- it. hill <br /> have to be re-established. she said that if the Commission feels it can <br /> withdraw its cease and desist and it is not in violation, then they can <br /> rvegetate. <br /> wayne Tavares said that in his opinion it is a much better solution t <br /> leave it the way it is and revegetate, He said that the shells are put <br /> into the ground about 4 to 6 inches deep so that they will not wash 'way, <br /> He said that he could not attend the meeting, but his personal opinion i <br /> that there should be some finite end to support the end of where the shells <br /> stop and also a much more vegetative approach should be designed for the j <br /> upper level bringing it in tact the way it is. <br /> Vice Chairperson DeLory asked each of the members if they could view ' the <br /> site: Stuart Peoples said that he would view it. Charles Buckingham <br /> said that he will concur with ghat Bayne suggested. Pauline DeLory said <br /> she would be available Saturday or Sunday. Jean Thomas will not be avail- <br /> able. colharles Buckingham said that he could rake it on Sunday. <br /> .r`harles Buckingham said that he would be willing to make a motion now t <br /> rescind the cease and desist. Nice Chairperson DeLory asked for a second <br /> to the motion. Jean Thomas said that the Commission should go down and <br /> look at it. ;"ayne Tavares said that if it were rescinded the vegetation <br /> he was suggesting is not going to take place. The Commission set the date <br /> for the on-site inspection for :00 p.m. on Sunday, May 13th at maushop <br /> Village, <br /> Satellite Dish <br /> Discussion of a satellite dish at the Bayview Condominiums took place. The <br /> Commission felt that they should get the input of the Building Inspector. <br /> - r <br /> Falmouth ?hod and Gun (2iub Letter <br /> The Commission reviewed a letter from Bruce McLane, President of Falmouth <br /> Rod and Curs Club with concerns that subdividers will begin to divide the <br /> land next to them into house lots and that new lana owners will begin t <br /> try to get there to stop using their land as they have for the past 30 yrs. <br />
