DeLory said <br /> that the Commission would like a statement in writing From the Board of <br /> Health that - permission is granted to dump the m i l f i l. <br /> Wayne Tavares said that he is not opposed to the use of chemical herbicides <br /> and that he may pursue it. if it is economically feasible. down the road) ,, <br /> Nr. Mir,, Besse said that this <br /> is a start. Mro Besse said that he would write the Board of }ie lth. <br /> The Commission was in agreement to write an order of conditions. The ap- <br /> olicants were made aware of the ten-day' appeal period. The secretary d- <br /> vised thea at $38.50 was dine the town for the stateilii fee <br /> g and legal <br /> a e rt i i ng and handling costs. <br /> Ratification of Cease and Desist Order <br /> C-ha i rperson Studley asked for rat i fi ca tion of the cease and desist order <br /> issued to Mir. & r s. DeMichelle for property located at Cayuga Avenue for <br /> a violation of the wetlands act of filling in a kettle hole and stripping <br /> pp g <br /> the land down to the edge of the ponce Jean Thomas motioned to ratify - <br /> the cease and desist order. Pauline DeLory seconded the motion. All other <br /> members present were in favor. <br /> *-T-earing of Dwight Sackett <br /> public hearing was held on the notice of intent filed by Dwight Sackett <br /> for ,lot 4 Frong - Pond Close to construct a single-family residence and se <br /> tic system. <br /> Mr. John Siavinsk of Cape & Islands Surveying was present t represent the <br /> applicant. He told the Commission ion that a previous filing had been made in <br /> the summer of 1982. He mentioned that the Board issued ars order of condi. <br /> tions in e tember, 1982. He said that the one-year limit to comp e e the <br /> worms_ had since ran out. He indicated that they changed the plans to re- <br /> flect the 70mmi s ion' �orer of cor�dit ions which were -issued at that time m <br /> � e <br />
