The Commission also re-- <br /> queste 'abutter notification. Mr. Slavinsky replied that he had notified <br /> the abutters and would bring the list. <br /> Hearin of william O' Connell - S303-354 <br /> The hearing for William O'Connell to construct and maintain a single- <br /> family residence with attached deck and driveway at lot 721 Little Neck <br /> Lane was held as follows. Mr. William Warwick was present to represent <br /> the applicant, He presented a list of abutters to the Commission. Mr. <br /> Mrs. Viita were present. He said that as far as he is concerned and DEQE <br /> is concerned, it has to be a coastal Dank .eren though it is inland. He <br /> said that the marsh area is seaward of Ockway Bay so there is no velocity <br /> involved. <br /> Pointing out the site plan, Mr. Warwick said that they were putting in hay <br /> bales along the 1 foot contour and then going up to 14 feet on the north <br /> side just to keep any temporary construction erosion from occuring. <br /> Mrs. Viita asked if they were planning to put fill in the area. mr. Warwick <br /> said that the fill would code from the foundation and that they are not <br /> bringing any material in, All excess fill will be removed from the situ <br /> He said that the reason for the contour area under the deck is to make <br /> patio area under the deck as there i a walkout from the house.
