Anon-site inspection <br /> had been made by March Dardano, ,dean Thomas, Pauline De ory and Dorothy <br /> Studley, Jean Thomas commented that there is a stock pile of sand which <br /> slopes down and that portions are within 20 to 25 feet of the river. The <br /> foundation of one building is within 45 feet and at one point 41 feet. <br /> Jean Thomas roved to ratify the Cease & Desist order issued on May 3.1st <br /> to Stuart Bornstein. March Dardano seconded the motion. All present were- <br /> in <br /> erein favor, <br /> Emergena Order Ratification <br /> Chairperson Studley issued an emergpncy order to Dr. Steuart wagoner to re- <br /> locate: the septic system on- his property located at 91 Su mers a Road in <br /> accor.8anc6 with the Mashpee Board of Health and Title V rules and regula- <br /> tion � s discussed with Charlie Buckingham. March Dardano moved to ratify <br /> the Emergency order issued to Dr. Wagoner, Pauline DeLory seconded the <br /> motion.
