Chairman Studley said that if there were no further questions or discussion, the matter would be taken under advisement and an Order of Conditions would be issued. Chairman Studley brought up a question of revisions of plans which had been previously submitted and discussed. Ms . Dardano stated that there had been an on-site inspection which Failed to show revisions. Ir. Warwick remembered that he had changed the grades as Mr. Tavares had dis- approved the steepness of the bank, Ms , Dardano mentioned that everyone on the Commission had had a problem with that grading, particularly after then-s . inspection* This problem has been alleviated according to Mr. Warwick. Chairman Studley asked if there were anyone who had anything further to contribute to the Murad hearing. There were no further contri- butions . The hearing was adjourned by Chairman Studley* Determination Hearin - William Svanoe re : relocation cottage #1 la.usho p Village / Cape Cod Consultants/rep. Ms . Leggy Collins, representative and project manager, appeared before the Commission at this time and stated that this matter had been brought before the Commission before under a Full Notice of Intent for relocating Cottage #2 and remodeling both Units #1 an #2. At that time , the Commission issued an Order of Conditions which strongly recommended that Cottage #1 be relocated 301 back. Ms . Collins said that the owner is willing and prepared to comply with that recommendation. March Dardano in-teruted at this point to state - that the Commission had recommended a relocation o' 50" back or to the point of deeded easement and inquired as to which position Ms. Collins was referring. Ms. Collins replied, o the deeded easement" . Ms . Collins referred to the order of Conditions which stated, "relocation of Cottage #1 to a total distance of 30' from the top of the bank" ,o Mso Dardano stated than an on-site in- spection found it to be 181 from the top of the bank. Ms . Collins stated that the order of Conditions of December 169 1983 granted the necessary permits and that the matter before the Board at this time as a Request for Determination. ms , Collins said that essenti- ally, ssenti- ally, the request being presented is as the Board requested in that Order. she felt that with the agreement of the Board either this Order could be amended or it could b . "referenced to" and with the inclusion with the No. 4 Conditionfor Cottage #2 stating that all areas that were disturbed be immediately covered and mulched, all would be as requested by the Board.
