Mashpe e Conservation C ommis s ion Page Three <br /> Meeting o f June 27, 1984 <br /> does not appear to be anything in the regulations which would <br /> hold against these procedures as there will be little affectation <br /> of the existing terrain. <br /> Chairman Studley said that if there were no further questions or <br /> discussion, the matter would be taken under advisement and an <br /> Order of Conditions would be issued. Chairman Studley brought <br /> up a question of revisions of plans which had been previously <br /> submitted and discussed. Ms . Dardano stated that there had been <br /> an on-site inspection which Failed to show revisions. Ir. Warwick <br /> remembered that he had changed the grades as Mr. Tavares had dis- <br /> approved the steepness of the bank, Ms , Dardano mentioned that <br /> everyone on the Commission had had a problem with that grading, <br /> particularly after then-s . inspection* This problem has been <br /> alleviated according to Mr. Warwick. <br /> Chairman Studley asked if there were anyone who had anything further <br /> to contribute to the Murad hearing. There were no further contri- <br /> butions . The hearing was adjourned by Chairman Studley* <br /> Determination Hearin - William Svanoe re : relocation cottage #1 <br /> la.usho p Village / Cape Cod Consultants/rep. <br /> Ms . Leggy Collins, representative and project manager, appeared <br /> before the Commission at this time and stated that this matter had <br /> been brought before the Commission before under a Full Notice of <br /> Intent for relocating Cottage #2 and remodeling both Units #1 an <br /> #2. At that time , the Commission issued an Order of Conditions <br /> which strongly recommended that Cottage #1 be relocated 301 back. <br /> Ms . Collins said that the owner is willing and prepared to comply <br /> with that recommendation. March Dardano in-teruted at this point <br /> to state - that the Commission had recommended a relocation o' 50" <br /> back or to the point of deeded easement and inquired as to which <br /> position Ms. Collins was referring. Ms. Collins replied, o the <br /> deeded easement" . Ms . Collins referred to the order of Conditions <br /> which stated, "relocation of Cottage #1 to a total distance of 30' <br /> from the top of the bank" ,o Mso Dardano stated than an on-site in- <br /> spection found it to be 181 from the top of the bank. Ms . Collins <br /> stated that the order of Conditions of December 169 1983 granted <br /> the necessary permits and that the matter before the Board at this <br /> time as a Request for Determination. ms , Collins said that essenti- <br /> ally, <br /> ssenti- <br /> ally, the request being presented is as the Board requested in that <br /> Order. she felt that with the agreement of the Board either this <br /> Order could be amended or it could b . "referenced to" and with the <br /> inclusion with the No. 4 Conditionfor Cottage #2 stating that all <br /> areas that were disturbed be immediately covered and mulched, all <br /> would be as requested by the Board. <br /> The owner of Cottage #25 inquired as to whether or not the approval <br />
